Chase Benz is from Tennessee and of course Britney Spears is a Southern girl from Kentwood Louisiana. Chase is on tour with Britney in the Circus comeback tour and some gossip people are saying that Chase and Britney are getting close.

According to Chase's grandmother, he is a true gentleman with a big heart. Chase began his career in Christian music and his myspace page (which is now set to private) says that Jesus is a huge part of his life.

Reports are that Britney's father is trying to replace her addictive behaviors with religion and so that fits with her getting close to someone who wears their religion on their sleeve. I don't know that he does but that is the impression some are giving. I tend not to trust people who wear their religion like a costume. Sorry Catholic friends, but nuns do creep me out. :-( And sorry if that sounds more judgemental than I intend.

But regardless, hopefully Britney is becoming grounded and it is always nice to have coworkers that are fun and have things in common.

And yeah, that picture does not look like anyone is wearing their religion on their sleeve.
