And this suggest exactly how sucky the online business is. My Christmas Sales no where near what they were last year.

Update: Cyber Monday and other stats show online sales increased during that period and that does reflect what I saw. I had a large bump in sales last week. But over all, online does not match last Christmas for me. But I should state that I have been making changes that may also have impacted my business beyond the economy.

At the same time, deliveries are slower than they were last year which means core operations of both UPS and USPS are more constrained. Slower delivery times with less traffic. Note that I don't ship by FedEx.
