Britney has an active driver license for Lousiana and that should be enough for the California Courts, but of course California wants to spend money, waste time, and make a big deal over nothing.

Prosecutor Michael Amerian stated that Spears's voter status in Louisiana is inactive because she hasn't voted there for some time. He also showed the jury her divorce filings, which indicated she was a California resident.

But she has Lousiana Driver License!!! So she was not driving without a license.
