The above comic book on google chrome is very informative on features and intent. Before reading this, my gut reaction to google chrome was that I doubted it would have much impact.

But I think even with the other competing browsers, this may be as big as when Microsoft was able to reduce the number of users using Netscape back in the old days. Some suggest it may even have an impact on Microsoft's OS plans. I don't know about that.

Based on my logs, Firefox is probably the current biggest alternative to IE.

V8 that is Chrome's Java Script Engine 10 times faster than Firefox or Safari. And get this.
Fifty-six times faster than IE's engine.

While Microsoft has done a lot of talk about the coming so called Cloud Era of online applications it may not be Microsoft that carries it best forward. It may be google with this browser.
