Physicists Tame Time Travel by Forbidding You to Kill Your Grandfather

Physicists know that time travel is more than just a compelling plot device — it’s a serious prediction of Einstein’s general relativity equations. In a new study posted online July 15, researchers led by Seth Lloyd at MIT analyze how some of the quirks and peculiarities of real-life time travel might play out. This particular kind of time travel evades some of its most paradoxical predictions, Lloyd says.

Any theory of time travel has to confront the devastating “grandfather paradox,” in which a traveler jumps back in time and kills his grandfather, which prevents his own existence, which then prevents the murder in the first place, and so on.

If you don't believe below, that is okay. It is just for thought. I am not trying to convert anyone over to a different belief structure.

I tend to think that while we can't physically travel time, at least yet, we can metaphysically travel time. If your soul was born so that your last life was in 2150 and then in your current life you are born in 1982 for example, you may come into this world with a mission to change time. First, your soul has to have the ability to remember the future and what you wish to change. Try to remember a certain date in your life at a certain time and exactly what was happening in that very moment in time. It is very difficult unless it was a mind shattering experience that has caused you to remember that moment over and over again. It is generally not easy to remember exact moments in the past. At best a person may only have a vague memory of a past life. It is much more difficult to remember the future or a future life.

If a person could physically travel through time, the odds are that their memory would become skewed so that it would difficult for them to consciously try to alter time. Without a memory or a desire to swim against the river of time, you are more likely to just swim with it and what happens, happens.

If there is something vital that a group of souls want to change, they may work together. In the physical world they may talk to you through dreams to try to point you in the direction to how you can change the future. Understand though, there may be another group of souls who do not want the future changed. They will work against you and muddle your dreams.

But say for example, in the 1960's, before time was changed, the United States and Russia actually had a full scale nuclear war and planet earth was devastated beyond belief. There would most likely be a large group of souls that would try to migrate back in time to displace the souls that allowed that to happen. Consider that there may be a reason the 1960's was one of the most different generations that planet earth has ever seen.

If there is a major altering in time by an event being prevented, there are ripples and souls may feel those ripples. People like to point to when JFK was killed and the most strange feeling they had. Most people simply write that up to the shock of a President being killed. As awful as it was for President Kennedy to be killed, the ripple that was felt across planet earth was more than just that. It may have been the start of a plan by a huge group of souls to change time and save planet earth from being destroyed.

For all the work the souls may have done to change time, the last 50 years may have just been borrowed time. The river of time flowing toward the end may now have a much different path with the landscape on its banks different, but has the direction really been altered that much.

Anyway, just a thought......
